2. In-person phone check-up includes a battery health check, charging, microphone speaker, sensor and screen tests. At participating Mobile Klinik stores only. If any repairs are recommended after the in-store inspection and diagnosis, a store representative will review the cost with you and obtain your consent before proceeding with the repair.
3. Mobile Klinik offers a limited warranty that certified pre-owned devices purchased from Mobile Klinik shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship. For certified pre-owned devices purchased on or after May 1, 2025, this limited warranty, commences on the date of purchase and either (i) ends one year from the date of purchase or (ii) continues as long as the device has an active TELUS or Koodo mobility plan. If Mobile Klinik cannot repair your eligible device (for example, due to parts or replacement device availability), Mobile Klinik may elect to offer the current trade-in value of your CPO Device or a $50 trade-in credit towards your next purchase, whichever amount is greater. For more information, exclusions, conditions and limitations, please review Mobile Klinik’s Service Terms at: mobileklinik.ca/general-terms-conditions.
