Returns & Exchanges
At Mobile Klinik, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your purchase for an exchange or refund provided that you meet the following criteria:
i) Proof of Purchase
You have the original sales receipt or order email.
ii) Product in its original condition & packaging
For an exchange or refund, your purchase must be returned with its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was purchased.
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Accessories with earpieces or earbuds
- SIM cards
iii) Returned within 15 days of purchase
In the case of CPO Devices, if we determine that your Device is defective in the first 15 days following your purchase, Mobile Klinik will replace the Device free of charge.
All retail store and online purchases must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Please email us at customerservice@mobileklinik.ca or visit one of our locations to initiate your return. Please include your sales order number, which can be found on your email receipt.
Online orders must be returned to a Mobile Klinik store or shipped back to Mobile Klinik at the purchaser’s expense.
iv) Holiday Return Policy
The return and exchange period has been temporarily extended for holiday shoppers. All devices and accessories purchased between November 10, 2025 to December 31, 2025 can be returned up until January 15, 2026. The standard 15 day return policy applies to all purchases made on or after January 1, 2026.
Holiday Note: Device Exchange or changes to Plan with “Future Dated” Activation Device exchanges, changes to the rate plan, features, and phone number changes cannot be performed until the device has been activated. For example, if you future date a device to activate on December 25, no changes can be made until December 25.
v) Device passwords, personal data and locks removed
Please remove all personal data from any returned items (e.g. phonebook data, memory cards and passwords). Once the product is returned, it cannot be traced to recover personal data. Mobile Klinik is not responsible for any unauthorized use of personal data left on returned items.
vi) Payment on Refunds
All refunds will be refunded in the original form of payment. To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange.
vii) Gift with Purchase
